What is the GAMI Business Medical Service?
At GAMI (Tijuana Business Medical Care Group) we focus on helping, improving and maintaining the health of a company’s employees through: preventive medicine, surveillance of ergonomic conditions, medical and occupational evaluations for exposed personnel, follow-up of chronic diseases of employees and elaboration of statistics in order to continuously improve.
As part of the commitment to our associates we offer as an added value Health Fairs being this an event organized by GAMI where employees and their families are attractively provided with: information on health, talks, consultations, nutritional medical guidance, dental check-ups, eye check-ups, family medical check-ups, nursing check-ups such as blood pressure, glucose, triglycerides, cholesterol, among others.

When we talk about “compliance with obligations” most companies only think about compliance with tax obligations, but it is also important to monitor labor obligations, since all companies that are in any of the assumptions established in article 504 fractions I, II, and III of the Federal Labor Law must comply with the following obligations:
Section I. Maintain in the workplace the medications, healing materials necessary for first aid and train the personnel who provide them.
Section II, When more than one hundred workers are at your service, establish an infirmary, equipped with the medicines and healing materials necessary for emergency medical and surgical care, which must be attended by competent personnel, under the direction of a surgeon.
Section III. When they have more than three hundred workers at their service, install a hospital, with the necessary medical and auxiliary personnel
